These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of alpha403inc.com (the “Site”), operated by Alpha403 Inc., a Florida corporation (“Alpha403,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Alpha403 Inc. owns LiftKing Florida LLC and Middlefinger Collective LLC, each a separate limited liability company.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to send unsolicited or harmful content.

2. Information only

Content on the Site is provided for general information about our company and services. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship. Any engagement for advertising, website development, consulting or equipment is governed by a separate written agreement or quote.

3. Consulting services

Alpha403 Inc. provides business consulting and educational services. It is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer and does not provide individualized recommendations to buy or sell securities, or legal, tax or accounting advice. You should consult a licensed professional before making investment, legal or tax decisions.

4. Products, pricing and availability

LiftKing Florida LLC is a separate limited liability company owned by Alpha403 Inc. It is an authorized Lift King dealer and installer, and all sales and installations of Lift King products described on the Site are made by LiftKing Florida LLC, not by Alpha403 Inc. Product descriptions and specifications shown on the Site are provided for reference and may change without notice. Because Lift King products are imported and steel and import tariffs change from shipment to shipment, prices are not fixed and are confirmed only in a written quote at the time of purchase. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer under its own terms.

5. Intellectual property

The Site’s content, including text, graphics, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Alpha403 Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. Alpha403 Inc., the Alpha403 logo and Middlefinger Collective™ are trademarks of Alpha403 Inc. (Middlefinger Collective™ registration pending), used by its subsidiary Middlefinger Collective LLC. Lift King and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or use our content or marks without our prior written permission.

6. Third-party links

The Site links to websites operated by our brands and by third parties. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site and its content, including accuracy, completeness and fitness for a particular purpose.
